fun. Try the Harry Dentons Starlight Room if you enjoy
dancing this is the place to be. If you just want
to hear some great live bands on the weekend the Grant
& Green Saloon have bands for a five-dollar cover
charge. If you are a jazz lover you need to go to
Jazz at Pearl’s, which is one of the best jazz
venues in the city. Grab a bite to eat while you are
there from their menu too.
At Club Deluxe you can have a rather relaxing evening
listening to jazz and blues. There is no dress code
so people just wear whatever they want and relax.
The Up and Down Club offers a full
course menu for you to choose from. There is also
dancing that starts at nine, if you are ready for
a full night of fun. If you are a real late night
person try the Factory 535, the crowd there sometimes
parties until 6 am in the morning. There are so many
clubs, restaurants and things to do that you will
never be bored for a minute in the city of San
Francisco. Take naps so you can go out and
have a great time while you are visiting the area.

club. No jeans or sneakers so you might want to dress

This is a casual environment so you don’t need
to dress, but you will be impressed with the music.

Jazz at Pearl’s

jazz. This is known as the best Jazz venue in the
city and the music is live every night of the week.
There is a two-drink minimum, but no cover and a menu
so you can grab a bite to eat too.
Club Deluxe

at the Club Deluxe. There is live jazz and blues on
most nights of the week and there is not a dress code.
People dress in all different attires and just relax

Up and Down Club

The Up and Down Club has a cover charge that ranges
from $5- $10. There is a restaurant and dance club
so you can have a full course meal and then go dance
it off. They are only open from Wednesday to Sunday
and the dancing starts at 9 dinner is earlier.

on Friday, a $15 charge on Saturdays and it is free
if you have a college ID. There is a dress code. No
